1. Appointments: All appointments must be booked in advance. I don't accept walk-ins.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. One rescheduling is permitted per booking. Further rescheduling will require the deposit to be paid again.

3. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without prior notification, this may result in the loss of your slot and deposit.

4. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your scheduled session will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

5. Group Size: A maximum of 4 people are permitted per session. Exceptions may be made upon request and at my discretion, but must be agreed in advance.

6. Studio Usage: The studio must be left in the same condition as found. Any damage to studio property due to misuse, abuse, or negligence will be billed to the client.

7. Equipment Use: Only studio personnel are permitted to operate the studio equipment unless given express permission by the engineer.

8. Quiet On Set: Clients and their guests are expected to remain quiet when recording lights are on.

9. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.

10. Personal Belongings: The studio is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please ensure you take all of your belongings with you at the end of your session.

11. Payment: Full payment is required at the start of the session unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
